Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Virginia

Hi ,
This Is Romeo, I was married in April last year in El salvador, but I found we have many different isuues between us, I want to divorce her ( no kid, no property and she lives in El Salvador), I live in Va, USA , how can I do /or if I go back to El Salvador to handle divorce is easier ?
Please advice. Thanks ...

Yes, it would be probably easier for a number of reasons for you to file for your divorce in

El Salvador if that's possible.. If you attempt to do it from the U.S. there are a number of procedural

issues you will have to deal with that could prove problematical, including insuring that your

spouse in El Salvador has been properly served with the divorce paperwork in a manner that

satisfies the Virginia court that you should be allowed to proceed with the divorce.
