I see 1000's of nude fake celeb photos on the web altered by programs like photoshop,ex: i search google and find a pic of Taylor Swift,put her face on a nude body and post it to a blog,is that legal?

Yes, indeed, perfectly (if quite pathetically) legal under new standards for libel applying to so-called public figures first articulated by the U.S. Supreme

Court in the famous case of The New York Times v. Sullivan nearly 50 years ago

(March 1964).
