Legal Question in Technology Law in Virginia

anti-trust

My husband is trying to gain access to emails sent to and from my business computer on a corporate INTRANET site to look at my personal email correspondence. How likely is it that an independent hotelier corporation would allow this? Wouldn't this be an anti-trust issue, if they were to allow him to see these communications?

Re: anti-trust

If he is not authorized to do this, he may be committing a felony. I am not aware of any businesses that would allow him access for any reason, unless he works for that company AND has authority/permission to access it.
