Non-profit organization website
Are non-profit organizations legally allowed to post their bylaws and their minutes from meetings, although all of that information is accesible to the public if requested?
Re: Non-profit organization website
Generally, yes. There is no restriction on the posting of publicly-available information. The only issue would be if the minutes of the meeting contained confidential information that would violate personal privacy laws, then there may be a private cause of action for that disclosure.
