Whenever you post photographs on the Internet (your question isn't clear but assuming this is what you want to do), whether it is of minor or anyone else, there are two sets of rights involved:

1. Copyright. The photographer owns the copyright in the photograph, absent a transfer of copyright ownership to someone else.

2. Right of privacy or right of publicity of the person who is photographed. If you use someone's photo for commercial purposes, they may have a right to control it or ask for payment for the usage.

But your question doesn't contain enough information to really answer this question. The fact that it is a minor doesn't seem to make a lot of difference.
