Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia

Is it legal to post an bad experience from a business naming them on a website?

A very bad experience happened to me while on my honeymoon in Virginia, and I want to tell the story to the world. Is it illegal to do so? I would think it is a matter of Free Speach, but when would it become possibly Slander?

It becomes slander when you aren't telling the truth. Posting an accurate account of what happened would be protected (except in the very unlikely event that your story reveals private information about someone else, discloses trade secrets, etc.).
