Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Virginia
I received a cross warrant from my ex for assault but the warrant staes that i assaulted myself, can i have my case dismissed because of this? I live in Virginia.

Sure, you could move for dismissal but your ex should be able to refile
the matter with a corrected warrant as any dismissal granted would almost certainly be without prejudice.
