addtion size not same as contract states

our addition to our house is not the same size as stated in our contract.i was willing to let that go but we are having other problems with contractor and they have damaged property...Could this be grounds for breach of contract? Thank You

Yes, the things which you've mentioned, individually and/or collectively might well constitute a breach of the contract and you should arrange to see a lawyer about this for further confirmation and appropriate advice.
