Legal Question in Construction Law in Virginia
Residential Construction poor contractor
My contractor has been working on my detached garage since August 2006. He will show up for 1-3 days at a time every 4-5 weeks. What can I do to take legal action against him and to fire him?

What are you waiting for (assuming that he's already in material breach of
the agreement), the two year anniversary in August?
