starting a business
iwant my daughter to start an llc . I want to work for her in the commercial woodworking trade. I do not want her to be personaly libel for the operation of this enity. Please tell me which way to go.

An llc is certainly an effective means by which one may limit personal liability in a business. I suggest that with respect to whether or not this is the best business form for your daughter's business, and assistance with setting up the entity, you contact an attorney to review the particular business and your daughter's needs and goals.
