Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

We have been using a 1-800-Pack-Rat unit for the past year and a half. The unit has been stored in Indianapolis (where we moved from), but we are living in Virginia. When we originally requested the unit to pack, we asked that we receive a unit that COULD be used for a long distance move in the future, since we are a military family. Three weeks ago we arranged a long distance move to have the unit moved from Indianapolis to Virginia. Since then, we have been told numerous times that it could be moved, then couldn't be moved, then could again, then couldn't again, and were even told at one point that our belongings would need to be moved from our unit to another unit. We have been told that the location our unit is at is a franchise and they don't want to make long distance moves, we have been told that our unit is not a long distance move unit, and we have been told that they aren't sure if our unit is structurally sound enough for the move. As you can see, I have been dealing with numerous stories, and many ups and downs over this issue. Frankly, we chose 1-800-Pack-Rat because of the convenience of them moving our belongings, because they advertise long distance moves all the time. I cannot help if our unit has been stored at a franchise that does not want to move my unit. I pay my bill every month...and I want the service that I am asking for. I have my original contract, which states that I requested a long distance move container. Our move is scheduled for three weeks from now, and I am still not getting a direct answer on whether or not they are going to move our belongings. Do I have any recourse in this matter?

Until there's been an actual breach of your agreement with these "Pack Rats"

(which as of now does not necessarily appear to be the case), your recourse

(whatever it may be) would not seem to have ripened as of yet into a pursuable cause of action (in my opinion).
