Advice to handle procrastinating service provider
I have an insurance company that has been working on a claim on a damaged sofa for over seven months now. There is still no definitive commintment on its resolution. The delivereis are over two months due with ambigous replies.
Please suggest legal alternatives that I may consider.
Thanks and regards,

File your case in small claims court against the insured one who presumably caused the damage--unless, of course, that's you.
