Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
Bought a used car from a dealer in VA. Was given a report that says no accident history. Less than a year ago. Was looking at selling the car and have discovered that it does has an accident history that called for the entire car to be painted. Report also said no to fleet, but was a new corporate leased car.
