Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
What is the consequences of NOT paying rest of financed payments of a service from a prromoter company before recieving or even completing this service from the company ?
the company is susspected to be a fraud and I can't reach it to cancel that service , where the payment request are still comming because they r coming from another funding company to that promoter company
