Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia
How d i get a refund back??? The company never supplied any services and said refund was on the way. I stll have not received my money back. Owner keeps telling me in the mail. I want to know what to do next. No phone call are returned.

If this seller is in Virginia, file your case in small claims court for the amount that you're owed plus costs in the locality where you reside or where the company headquarters is located.
