Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

My fiance and I are getting married and we had went in and booked a venue a few months back. The venue has two sides and the person working there had showed us only one side which we thought looked great. The next day we called to book the venue, and we confirmed with the person working there that we want to book the side that she showed us. And she confirmed with us that she will book that side for us. And just last week we brought the florist back to show her the venue, and they had told us we booked the other side. The other side has a horrible view of a storage building and a loud major road right next to it. We complained and said that we never booked this side of the venue and we wanted the side we booked or at least be compensated for being given the wrong side. The people working there said they will not compensate us but will work with us. We think this is unfair and would like to take them to small claims court. Do you think we have a case? Another actual fact we have against them is that on their website they advertise they only have one event per day, but on our wedding date there are two events.

Well, if working with you means giving you the benefit of your bargain,

i.e., the venue that you thought that you had purchased, fine; otherwise,

small claims court may be your best remedy.
