Fraud

I deposited $500 for a puppy . Irequested fo three month to send pictures but always given execuses my breeder.Finally she sent one picture that it didn,t look like the original and cannot see the face well, while she posted on the web other puppies with at least six pictures. I asked for refund she refused . Ilive in VA and she is in Kansas. Howcan i take a legal action. Thank you

If you can't go out to Kansas to file your case, you might consider suing her for your damages in your local Virginia Small Claims Court, making sure that as part of your evidence against her, you have in your case portfolio when you go to court her Internet advertisements available to Virginia consumers on the WWW.
