Legal Question in Consumer Law in Virginia

I received an item that I didn't pay for. Is there a problem? What happened was that I purchased that item online on Black Friday (I did place an order), I paid using my card, but for some reason (I don't know what it is), my bank terminated the transaction without notifying me. I knew it's terminated because the balance is adjusted and that purchase isn't in transaction history. Now I am thinking I'd rather not have the item if I pay cauz I spent too much. But I just found out that the item was shipped and will be delivered soon. So, what should I do? They don't accept return and they haven't contacted me yet about the payment failure. Is it ok if I keep the item? I mean, I don't want it now, but I don't think I can return either. So, if I choose to contact them, I will have to pay and cannot return. If I keep the item, what will happen when some time they find out, should I pay the money and the interest also? Thank you. I don't want it for free, I just simply don't want it but it is now coming without charging me. I am kinda twisted. Can someone please help me about the legal stuff. Thank you.

Refuse delivery of this item and have it returned via whoever shipped it. (The

company's supposed policy of no returns is irrelevant with respect to your

superceding right to refuse delivery.)
