Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

How do I collect a judgement owed to me when the person doesnt want to pay it and works for himself, so I cant garrnish his wages. what is the next step?

Have the court summon the SOB into court for what are called

Debtor's Interrogatories. (Which will give you the oppportunity to question

him under OATH as to where his bank account(s) and other attachable assets

may be located--and which could further result in him deciding it's likely (much) easier for him to merely pay the judgment.)
