Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Credit Report

I have just recently moved from Va to Ga. I have been trying to clean up my credit report for the past 4 years and everything has been paid off for the last year. I currently have no debt, trying to buy a house in GA, but my credit score is not going up. Is there anything I can do to reflect a good credit rating. All I have open at this time in one credit card, paid in full every month for the past 4 months.

Re: Credit Report

You would be well advised to secure a couple more of the revolving type credit accounts which you pay off at the end of each month. These type of accounts will contribute more to an increase in your credit score more than a monthly type of installment account, typically used, for example, to pay off a car or major appliance loan.
