Could a collection agency take a vehicle from someone over age 74 and sell it for old debt.

How would being over age 74 be relevant

to the collectibility of an alleged debt? Nevertheless, if the vehicle is even 15% as old as its owner, I would doubt that this owner has much to worry about regarding the possible loss of his/her car to a predatory collector.
