impoundment
i impounded a vehicle, some months ago. i want to get rid or this eyesore. i went to DMV researched the title, and found it has a lien, the people it is registered to refuse to pick it up. the lien holder will not release the lien. Is there a maximum charge for storage on a vehicle with a lien if released to lien holder?
