Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Legal age of cosigner

If a contract is signed with two co-signers and one of them is under the age of 18 and the contract is breached, would the age of one of the co-signers thereby make the contract non-enforceable if the contract holder was aware of the underage signer in the beginning.
