Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

I received a voicemail from an unknown number from Jessica Campbell and I could barely hear the name of company and she said an affidavit with my name and social security number on her desk and to call her immediately, she didn't state what it was for and she needed a statement and to call back and if not there would be criminal charges and jail, and gave a number to reach her with an extension, I have had payday loans but I have paid them, Could you please help?

Criminal charges and jail based upon your refusal to respond to some

ill-identified telephone caller? No, not hardly, but, if perchance, you

should have occasion to speak with this apparent predator again, tell her that she can send copies of all the legal paperwork supposedly associated with this matter to the name/address indicated on this affidavit but DO NOT confirm anything that may be on it nor provide her with any new contact information for you (would be my advice).
