Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

How do you remove negative accounts that have been paid from your credit report? I have recently paid off all of my dilenquent accounts. Is there anyway to totally remove the information from my report? I am trying to prepare to buy a house in the next few years.

The passage of time will eventually remove these adverse items from your credit report. In the meantime, you can submit to each of the major credit reporting agencies your information regarding each of these now paid-up accounts.
