Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

i send four letter to two of the credit bureau to remove wrong information from my credit report , i asked them to verify and provid the supporting document .they refuse to do that and they do not remove in correct information from my credit rewport.i need to sue themto remove the informatiom.

You should be asking the creditor(s) who reported this allegedly inaccurate

information for verification and supporting documentation rather than the credit reporting agencies. And, then, if they're unable or refuse to do so,

you take the matter up with the reporting agencies for appropriate action(s).
