statue of limitation
we had agreement to take household trash out of trailer.We made 4 or 5 trips to landfill to the extent money of the money given . now wants his money back says we didn't do the job. this was 3years ago that we made agreement

If the contract was oral it is a three year statute of limitations.

If the oral agreement was more than three years ago, the three year statute of limitations means that he who now wants his money back has no basis to now file a claim for it.
