Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia

Suppose you have information regarding a persons bank account who has judgements against him and you want to give that information to the people with the judgement (and the reason they don't have a lien is because he never had anything in his name before the death of his wife) but these people are afraid to take this information because they think it's illegal. Is it illegal for someone to obtain that information and give it to the people that have a judgement against this person before he hides the money from them?

No, not at all. (People with experience in enforcing judgments know

well that you get the information needed on the judgment debtor's assets just

about any way you can.)
