Wage Garnishment

What legal or other recourse do I have against wage

garnishment what citeria can they not garnish wages?

If there is a valid judgment, your wages can be garnished. There are limits to what can be taken, but the only ways to stop them are by agreement (a payment plan); by paying the judgment; by quitting the job; or by filing for bankruptcy.
