Warrant in Debt - Small Claims Court
Can another Employee go the court instead of the Registered Agent, if the R.A. has a previous engagement? If so, should the R.A. prepare a notarized statement giving the Employee permission to stand in on his behalf.

No, the registered agent should instead request that the court continue the matter to a date that is more accommodating to the agent's schedule.
