My neice is in prison and was asking if the 65% law that president bush signed has anything to do with her. She was locked up and given 4 years and 9 months for poss and attempt to distrubute

Unless your niece was given a federal sentence involving crack cocaine, chances are she's not eligible for a reduction in her sentence based upon the new federal sentencing guidelines that apply to this particular contraband drug.
