Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I am looking for an answer for my so desperate cousin. He is on probation in VA and his wife is deadly sick and is on a lung transplant in NC at Duke. She has to live 6 months prior and 6 months after surgery there and he needs to be with her it's his wife and for some reason the judge or probation officer is not going to let him transfer. What can he do to get transferred to be with his wife and not be w/o her for a year.
