i would like to know if was a passenger in a car and when i got pick up the driver had a gun on the passenger seat of car he ask me to put it on the floor board so i did but mins later the driver said the cops whur behind him so i said okay so they end up pulling him cause they thought he had no permit 2 dive but later discover he had a permit 2 drive the cops ask him can they search his car he said no so they left so him and i walk like 100 feet across the street and seconds later the cops reappeared and got out and proceeded 2 look thru his windows and the start running and yelling at us saying put your hands whur i can c them so the driver said whats this all about ad one of the officers said that the lyncom dispatchers said the passenger gave up thier 4th ammendments rights they saw a barrel of a gun so they took us down 4 questioning and when they ask me who gun it was i proceed to say luk im on probation so heres the truth i was hoping a ride home when the ride came he had a gun on the seat so he ask me to put it on the floor board it was in the truck when i got in i have a baby on the way so thts the truth so they let me go and charged the driver but a monthandenthalf later they aresst me how can they do that im innocent?
