Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was arrested last night for drunk in public but I had not even had one drop of alcohol! Not 1 sip at all. They did not give my a breathalyzer or field sobriety test. They to me to lock up and made me wait 8 hours. Did not read me my rights or allow me a phone call until I was released what should I do?
