Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

i was arrested at school based on paraphenelia found in my girlfriend's car, when nothing was found of me after a thorough search of my person before i had any knowledge of the situation. i claimed all of it was mine to try to protect her. but i was read no rights before my statement, and i now understand she will be charged regardless, so i want to recant my statement. it can't be used in court though because i wasn't read my rights, correct? and the resource officer scared m y girlfriend into including some of the drugs were mine by twisting my words to her when we were held in seperate rooms. they went way out of their way to search me. the search was based on a call claiming to see me smoking in her car outside of school hours, and the search did not even take place that same day. i dont think the foundation of the search was legitimate.

If you've been criminally charged, you need a competent criminal defense counsel to represent you.

Don't try to handle matters on your own and make incorrect suppositions regarding your case that may only make your situation worse.
