Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I have a clean record but I was living with an addict who eventually started selling drugs, I was arrested on 2 direct indictments in 2 different jurisdictions, the charges are conspiracy to distribute, 1 count in each jurisdiction-if convicted what am I facing? From what I heard so far they have me on phone telling the informant my bf would meet them.

There are so many issues involved in this type of case. A foundation would need to be laid to prove you were on the tape. I suggest you hold off on making any statements to police or anyone else regarding this matter. On the other hand, if you are going to flip on others to get better dealer...sooner is better than later. But do not do anything without having a qualified attorney at your side.
