Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
looking for a conultation and a lawyer.
What is the estimated sentencing time for a two time misdemeanor offender with only one prior possesion of marajua and now pending is a possesion with intent to distribute at 2lbs. There is definately parameters but im just looking for general instance and you can assume it to be possessed but it was not in the act of distribution.
