Help with criminal case
My nephew was charged in a felony case and took a plea agreement, now something has happened with the detectives and everyone else who was awaiting sentencing has had their charges dropped. We are sick with worry and the CA won't do anything about it. Is there anything we can do? His lawyer is looking into it.

Hard to say; if anything is truly amiss, your nephew's lawyer should be able to uncover it and proceed with an appropriate remedy.
