Drunk in Public
I blew a .07 the cop let me go. i have a wittness. 20 mins later i was sitting outside by the street by a bar when some one was cussing the cops the cop walked by me and didnt say anything to me i left and went to my appartment it is hidden from the street. 10 mins later i came outside my door to smoke a cigarette the cops were 20 feet away they came up to me and arrested me for drunk in public. i asked for a breath test and a blood test i was refused one. do i have a chance at beating this?
