Exponged felony charges
I was convicted of two felony charges on Feb 11,2000. This charges are: Conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute and to distribute 1,000 kilograms or more of marijuana (sch.1) Case # 1:99 CR00205-007 and Money Laundring Case # 1:00 CR 00033-001. I would like to know if this charges can be exponged.
Re: Exponged felony charges
Felony convictions cannot be expunged in the Commonwealth unless the defendant can prove that he or she was wrongfully convicted and consequently has received a pardon from the governor. (Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
