Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Felony charge
My girlfriend has been in a detention cernter for 95days, she is charged with grand larceny and possesion of a cs 1 or 2. Grand larceny is bull because she didn't have that much merchandise. I know over 200 is a felony. What kinda time would she be facing. What are the odds the judge will let her go to rehab?
