my son was charged with grand larceny,we went to court on 4/3/09 and they gave us a public defender,i started calling on 4/6/09 almost 3 weeks later after me calling several times a week she called me back & said my son needed to start community service asap and to write a letter saying how sorry he was for what he had done & to call her a few days before the trial 5/11/09 have not heard from her since and we dont know what is going to happen to my son or anything, we would like some answers, but we aren't getting them. this is my sons first offense and was 16 when it happened and he is now 17, what do we need to expect. Thank you for any help you can give.
