Onjuly 29th 2008 I went into a state of panic and cross the doors of the traget Store without a fullknowledge that Ihad teh merchandyze with me I was in astate of panic runnign after my husband and I threw the cart..
the amounts of both carts were $205.36 ...not $205.36 for each person like the police stated to the Magistrate since the Magistrate said its just a small issue not what you want to do against them both
its not grand larceney//its only a
felony if it were but hey dont even have the merchandyze both of them
i left he cart and my husband also
two bolvians indians ethnicty
came against us and call the police
with the Manager of Security.
stating that the Crad had not register the merchandyze but it could be he paid cash and or
forgotten..My questionis I have not steal anythign but the had me in a video when I came with the cart
and inthe parking but also when I left the car abandonded and I ran to my husband to help him translate.
What is the maximum penalty and or why th epolcie officer did allof this agianst me and I am or we are mentally ill .give me the other answer inconsideration of all this.

Grand larceny may be charged in Virginia when a person allegedly steals goods/services valued at $200 or more. The penalty imposed for one convicted of such a charge may range from 1 to 20 years in a state penal facility, or up to 12 months in the local jail and a fine of up to $2500, either or both.
Given your quite confused description as to what may have happened here which resulted in this serious charge against you, it is very important that you quickly obtain an attorney to represnt you in this matter.
And, if you cannot afford to hire such an attorney on your own, then you must ask the court to appoint one to represent you.
