what may happen
if a cop picks you 8months later on a drug charge and you didn't have drugs on any time of accused what kind of evidence might he had and why would an arrest take so long if you sold to an undercover police 3 times

to suggest that the target of the cop's investigation (perhaps, you)should now cease talking with them and get a criminal defense counsel----ASAP!
