i have 3 witness with 3 different stories i feel i have a good chance of being aquitted the charge is threts over the telephone?what do u think

Are the 3 witnesses for you or against you?

If the prosecution has 3 inconsistent stories from 3 different witnesses, then you have a very good chance of being found not guilty.

(However, if they agree on the important points, then it might not make any difference.)

In that case you want to subpoena all 3 and make sure the prosecution does not simply call 1 and not the other 2.

You would also want to get their statements locked in somehow, either by a written statement or recording or at least a witness hearing them say what their story is.

Otherwise, they could "cure" their inconsistencies between now and trial by remembering things differently.
