Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I got locked up in December 2007 for petity larceny. I got sentenced 180 days 175 were suspended. I recently got in trouble agian for the same thing. Am i going to have to serve that suspended time or is there a way I can get probation?

That determination will be up to the judge, but you should be prepared to serve either all or at least some of the time that was suspended in the previous matter.
