Neighbors harrassment
Our neighbor keeps using a ''Soft Air'' pellet gun in their front yard. We have asked them to stop as we have small children. ! finally hit my wife. Called PD and were advised to swear out a warrent for assault. Now neighbor is taking pix of us on our front porch and threatening to sue us. We just wanted the shooting of pellets across the street to stop. What can we do now?

Cooperate with the cops and the local prosecutor
in getting the assault charge properly prosecuted.
