what is the length of time that a ''noll prosequi'' disposition can be reprocessed in the state of Virginia?

If a misdemeanor offense, within 12 months of the date of the offense, i.e., within the period allowed by the statute of limitations for misdemeanors.
For felony crimes, which have no such limitation in Virginia, they can be rebrought anytime.
