Obstruction of justice

4 yrs ago person gvn ticket 4 vehicular obstruction/person stopped in car and witness an incident with police and minor child on a side street where the child was being grabbed. Police made a motion to the person/person did not understand when realized motion to move on person got back in car another police came and stopped the person and took him down to jail where he was released on own recognizance but no physical paper work gvn when leaving/got to court judge said the minor child was a known drug dealer person did not know the kid just innocently passing by had just drop off co worker who testafied judge dismissed vehicular to obstruction of justice lawyer did nothing not even appeal what can this person do now if anything to try clear name

Nothing, as the time frame for appeal is long gone, and the only other remedy, apparently, would

be an application on the part of the convicted person to the Governor for a pardon which would not appear appropriate under the facts which have been described for this particular situation.
