Problem with a neighbor
I am having a problem with a neighbor. I went to court in early October about my daog barking during the July 4th weekend. While I was out of town. The Judge said to try to stop the dog from barking. I been keeping the dog inside when we are home, and we go outside with the dog when he is outside. On November the 7th I went back to court. The Judge ask a police officer if there has been anymore problem. The officer said no. The Judge said case dismissed. Then today I recieved another summons, dated November 10. do to another complant. What can we do? I fell that our neighbor is just harassing us, because we have had the dog for almost two year. All the harassment just started. No other neighbor have said anything.

You have little choice but to go to court and tell it all to the judge.
